Hello my dears, no Willie, I have had some computer problems, course work has been heavy and there was a slight health scare around the turn of the year but unlike certain other folk I didn't want to make a song and dance about it until we knew for sure what was wrong - appears it is a faulty heart valve but comparatively minor on the grand scale of things so I am back in business!
All are, as always, welcome we look forward to seeing as many folk as possible.
Whitts my love good luck with your climb.
Brigh-*test*-('") blessings

Just out of interest: why cousins and not brothers?
In CS Lewis' The Horse And His Boy the hermit refers to all humans as his 'brothers' and all animals as his 'cousins'. I think that makes a lot of sense (of course, Loth can be excused from calling dogs his cousins

)

Because there are quite a lot of "sisters" here too and "cousins" is much quicker to write than "brothers and sisters". If anyone really objects I can change it but frankly I preferred Willie's Hi Jack attempt to this one - If it bugs you that much though go set up a poll for the options and I'll use whatever the majority prefer in future, it isn't like I post that often here anyway but when we're having a party it's nice to have all the family along whatever their designation!
Couple of changes - We are meeting at the Tongadale from 12.30 (also they may not be able to serve food)
The Old Bridge at Aviemore is confirmed now and we will be meeting there from about 5.30pm.
All are welcome to join us.
Have a good weekend everyone travelling to the meetup

I'm sorry we wont be there as we are otherwise engaged

Slainte
Moran Taing Skyeman, may the day be good to you also.
Brigh-*test*-('") blessings on all travelling to Skye this weekend, a safe journey and we look forward to seeing those of you joining us on Saturday and Sunday.
